Refund policy

Our goal at Persian Point Rugs is complete customer satisfaction and building customer relationships..

If you’re not satisfied for any reason at all, just send your rug back to our shop for an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

• To insure a proper credit, please contact Persian Point Rugs Customer Care for a return authorization. We will be happy to assist you, address your needs and provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
  
  
• All returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them (e.g. Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered).
  
  
• All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.

Return Details

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days from date of receiving your order have expired, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund - subject to the rug being unused and in the same condition that you received it.

When you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
